Useful Info

Software Licenses

All software licenses are Perpetual Licenses, you only pay once and can keep the software for as long as you wish. You do NOT have to pay monthly or yearly.

Internet Orders (Preferred Method)

For your convenience we have contracted several companies to process any orders you may wish to place with your Visa, MasterCard and some other cards. Please click on one of the links above and follow the purchasing instructions.

Other Credit Card Purchases

At the moment Credit Card purchases can only be processed online, using secure technologies.

Bank Transfer

If you prefer to do a direct bank transfer, send us an email at support@splinterware.com and we will email our Splinterware bank details to you to initiate the transfer.

Company Purchase Orders

If you are unable to use a credit card for purchasing and would prefer us to raise an invoice for subsequent payment by Check / Bank Transfer, please contact us at support@splinterware.com. We'll raise an invoice and email it to you.

Distribution

The distribution of our software products is done electronically only. After you complete your purchase you will be emailed a user id and password/license that enables you to download and install the product immediately. This is sent in an order acknowledgement email directly to your email address. If you are sent a Temporary license, within 24 hours we will set up your account on our website and email your permanent user id and license.

Note: Order acknowledgements are sent by email, generally this happens within a few minutes of placing your order. However, please be aware that internet emails can be delayed, if you do not receive your order acknowledgement within a few hours first check your spam settings and then contact us at support@splinterware.com to resend the email.

Invoicing

By default, all order acknowledgements and related paperwork are sent to you electronically via email. If for any reason you need an additional invoice for personal, company policy, tax reasons, etc. please just let us know at support@splinterware.com and we will email you an invoice in PDF format.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our software, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order.
